Production of OH&S Inductions & Presentations

Innovating Visuals created an array of projects for Head Office in Melbourne and Rio Tinto nationwide.

Since 2006, we have produced and updated OH&S Inductions & Presentations for Rio Tinto Head Office at 120 Collins St Melbourne with induction & presentations for new staff and shorter versions for visitors.

Incorporated into this induction system is an automated database that tracks completion of inductions and sends an automatic reminder for 12 month revisions.

Another presentation for Rio Tinto is a nationwide Safety Training Program which is comprehensively interactive on critical ‘Safety Interactions’.

A combination of excellent presentation, interactive elements and Online Training makes this production highly instructive and practical for this major international corporation.

Innovating Visuals in collaboration with IATA has produced high quality training video's that examine issues to be considered in the development of accessibility for the disabled in the everyday environment.

This training video is now used Australia wide and addresses issues encountered by disabled people.

Innovating Visuals has made a number of training visual productions for the Department of Education.

Staff members at the Department were finding it time consuming to read through a booklet that states how to fill in the Short Team Leave Reimbursement (STLR) form.

We produced an online training video that incorporated visuals and a professional voice over to help reduce the time taken to fill in this form by promoting better engagement.

This Video now instructs staff across Victoria on how to fill in the STLR forms.
